Feeling called by God to return to parish ministry is how I find myself in your family of parishes.
My name is Fr. Sam Giangreco and I am so pleased to find myself serving you and helping you and me get closer to Jesus so that we may be with him for eternity.
There is so much hope for us when we know who Jesus is and have a relationship with Him. There is no room for fear or anxiety when we know who we are to Him.
I come from a family of six children, grew up in Clarence, attended St. Gregory the Great school in Williamsville, University at Buffalo, and Christ the King Seminary in East Aurora. I’ve been a priest at Our Lady of Victory Basilica, Our Lady of Charity in South Buffalo, a chaplain at Kenmore Mercy Hospital, then, most recently, a chaplain at Buffalo Mercy Hospital where I also helped serve the South Buffalo family of parishes.
We are on a journey with and to Jesus and I am pumped to be on it with you. I am excited for our faith and what Jesus will do for you and your family because Jesus is true and real. I want to help you in this and I want you to also help me in this.

God our Father, you alone are holy; without you, nothing is good. Trusting in the prayers of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother, our patron, we ask you to help us to become the holy people you call us to be, during this our centennial year. Never let us be found undeserving of the glory you have prepared for us. We ask this through our Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

The Angels of St. Gabriel's continue the work of charity in war torn Ukraine.
